MDR-ScanIT - Request Form Scanning With Automatic Barcode Deciphering

The MDR Request Scanning system is an automated document scanning and storage solution, it will work with almost any scanner, scanned images are placed into a specific directory and then read by the MDR Request Scanning Manager. The MDR Request Scanning Manager then deciphers the barcode and stores the information in an SQL Database as binary data. Duplicate images are saved for further confirmation and any changes are stored as a duplicate image. Similarly, barcodes that cannot be deciphered by the software are stored separately awaiting operator intervention. MDR Request Scanning Manager provides frequent notifications when scans require intervention and the process to correct errors is very user friendly.
