MDR Medical Systems is pleased to announce the successful "Go Live" of MDR-Bill at NH Diagnostics in Queensland.

Dr John Dooley (Director, NH Diagnostics) and Mr Mark Richardson (Managing Director, MDR Medical Systems) coordinated the transition from their out dated billing application to MDR-Bill which utilises modern technology, offering superior functionality paired with easy to use, efficient interfaces.

Administration and billing staff at NH Diagnostics are enjoying the many automated operations and the vastly enhanced customer service features as it is providing them with the opportunity to undertake their roles more effectively.

The foundation of MDR-Bill is easy, efficient Medicare Online and Eclipse claiming which in and of itself enhances NH Diagnostics cash flow and billing systems. However, the inclusion of so many additional features, such as the ability to email an invoice or receipt directly from within the application, has improved their customer service options to a level never before realised.

Dr Dooley is delighted with the smooth transition process and is looking forward to utilising the available business and financial analysis reports.
